If you hope to catch a glimpse of badminton supremo, Dato’ Lee Chong Wei, Lavile is the place to be. The development received massive publicity recently as Orando Holdings announced their intention to reward Chong Wei’s silver medal effort at Rio Olympics with a fully furnished unit at Lavile, which costs RM1.5 mio. This has created a buzz surrounding the development as well as luring potential buyers’ curiosity over to Lavile. Well, there’s no such thing as bad publicity.

The development will be located on a 4-acre land, situated exactly next to AEON Maluri. There will be four blocks of residential towers and the developer is currently opening Tower A for booking. Tower A will be the tallest infrastructure in Taman Maluri at 49 floors high.

Since it is a mixed development, it will come with 30 retail units that cater mostly to F&B outlets, convenience stores, and hopefully a day-care center.

Lavile’s facilities are located on Level 9 and 10. Among the facilities offered here are a 54-meter Olympic sized infinity pool, gym, an indoor pool, function rooms, a basketball court, garden, and of course a badminton court to honor the national sporting hero. Meanwhile, there will be eight floors for residents parking as well as two floors of parking bays that will be allocated to visitors.

Another unique feature of the development is the allocation of fully furnished studios that are open for temporary rental. These studios are made for the residents’ visitors who may come over to the development for a short stay or a holiday. Thus, these visitors would not need to search for a hotel if they intend to prolong their stay here. Extremely convenient for traveling friends and families of the residents.

The units here consist of 750 sq ft, 864 sq ft, 956 sqft, and 1,060 sq ft layouts. The 750 sq ft units come with two bedrooms and two baths. Meanwhile, the remaining sizes come with three bedrooms and two baths. The layouts here have not been finalized and will only become public knowledge by next month (October 2016) upon its official launch.

A great feature of Lavile is that the units here are partially fitted. These furnishings include the kitchen’s hob and hood, microwave as well as air conditioners in all rooms and living areas.
