Type A is the smaller of the two units at 800 sq ft, is priced from RM389,000, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type B, the larger of the two units at 1,045 sq ft, is priced from RM509,000 and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both unit types come with only 1 parking lot.

Buyers of Razak City Residences who want a hassle-free move in can opt to purchase partially furnished units that come furnished with kitchen cabinets, hood, and hob. The partially furnished units will also come with water heaters and shower screens in the bathrooms. The bedrooms will have air-conditioners and built-in closets, and the living room a ceiling fan. Buyers will also get a washing machine and TV if they choose to obtain the units partially furnished.

The facilities that residents will get to enjoy are a swimming pool, wading pool, playground, and multipurpose hall. There will also be a gymnasium and fitness area for health enthusiasts and laundry and saloon for convenience.
